  After many years of driving mini vans my wife and I were in the process of looking for a different vehicle. We had no idea what we wanted and in the process visited 5 or 6 different dealerships and drove 12 different vehicles. We were very pleased in working with Andrew. He was patient and very informative and knowledgeable in the two Subaru's we were considering. He followed up with phone calls in a manner I appreciated. In the phone calls as well as in person, he was very polite and I felt he really wanted to help us find the right vehicle for us. Not just to making a sale. When my wife decided she wanted to take a look at a Highlander he informed us he could not help us other than taking us next door to the Toyota dealer which he did and introduced us to Chris. When finalizing a deal on a Highlander with Chris and Sean, Sean informed me that Chris was new at the sales position and had been there for only about three weeks. I told them I could't believe that by the manner in which he worked with us and the knowledge of the vehicles he showed us. I still can't believe that! We give an A+ rating to Andrew. I wish I could give that rating to all of the sales people we dealt with but unfortunately I can't. If I ever know of anyone looking for a Subaru I will definitely send them to Andrew. Dick

  I had most of my experiences with another Subaru dealer. Just moved into the area and came to get my oil changed. They come out with an issue of oil pan drain plug had been stripped and screw could not be secured. Now this being my first time here it just seemed fishy that suddenly there was this problem after having been serviced by another Subaru dealership for years. They gave me a couple of scenarios that might happen after arriving and had to leave my car at dealership overnight to wait for parts. One of the scenarios involved looking for a replacement oil drain plug from area part stores. I was told they were not able to locate it however I'm not convinced that they even tried to look. There was then no communication from the dealership about status of the car at any point unless I called multiple times. Eventually gave up trying to call and just went in to check status. While the people inside were courteous and friendly, I could not shake that the whole situation was fishy. Regardless I would not recommend going here to have your car serviced.

  They were courteous and polite and their team worked hard to get me the vehicle I wanted I will be doing business with them in the future
