- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We have our company vehicle and business insurance with American Family. Gene our agent is a nice guy but was not very thorough explaining our policy. We are a small painting company and though that we where insured when we painted our customers doors. The doors where damaged during transport in our company van from our shop back to the project. American Family said if the damage occurred at the shop or on the project they would cover the damage but not during transport in our company truck. I guess that type of damage is not covered during transport. I sure wish the agent would have told us that when we obtained the policy. Now we are up the creek without a paddle. I highly suggest another insurance company other than Am Fam for business insurance.By Steve coffee, June 24, 2017
