- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I applied to transfer my loan and all of my accounts from another financial institution on Tuesday, March 1st. I was approved through the website and was told I would receive a phone call with closing information within 48-72 hours. I also received an email with a confirmation number. No phone call and no email for a week and a half. Finally, Thursday March 10th I emailed them again asking where it was at. Now two weeks later since I started this I still have no contact from them.
